Already have a vision but need someone to bring it home? Last minute details creeping in on you? Maybe you’re an allstar planner yourself but you only have so many hours in a day. We have a package that is specifically designed to tidy up loose ends and allows you the time to concentrate on mentally preparing for the stellar event you are going to have. Customers can book this package with or without day of coordination and typically work with our team 2 weeks - 1 month before an event.
DAY OF COORDINATOR
It’s showtime, baby! The stage is set and all you need is for a professional to take over and run the show come event day. This package includes a day of coordinator for about 8-12hrs for operations, vendor direction and communication, managing staff etc.
